Product Description:
The MAC112D-0-ED-4-C/130-A-0/WI517LV/S005 is a versatile brushless AC servomotor produced by Bosch Rexroth. The motor must be operated at the permissible ambient temperature between 0?C and 45?C. The device has an IP 65 protection category. The housing of the unit is painted using a black prime coat. The user can apply an extra layer of paint to cover this prime coat. However, the thickness of the extra layers must not exceed 40 mm. The prime coat is resistant to weathering, yellowing, chalky buildups, and diluted acids and lyes. When wiring the MAC motor, the terminal diagrams of the machine manufacturer should be followed. The motor has ED winding type. Its nominal rpm is 3000 per minute. The product is cooled by natural convection. The pilot diameter of the product is 130 mm. There are two M8 tapped holes in the housing of the servomotor. Lifting screws, per DIN 580, can be screwed into place here. These can then be used for holding the motor in place by a suitable lifting device. The device can be mounted in any orientation. Mounting the motor to the machine should be done only by fully trained personnel. The MAC servomotor is suited for extreme demands, as is the case with punching, pressing, press feeds, and similar applications, whether shock-damped mounted or mounted shock decoupled. The device does not have brushes. It is a permanent-excited motor with electronic commutation. The permanent magnets of the rotor are made up of materials that make it possible to construct the motor with very low inertia. The permissible storage and transport temperature of the motor is between -20?C and +80?C.
