MAC112D-0-ED-4-C/130-A-0-W1520LV/S005 is a servo motor. It is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The product line to which the motor belongs is MAC series. The motor is equipped with a tacho generator and supports tacho feedback for position and speed evaluation. It is also equipped with an incremental or absolute encoder for position feedback. The motor has a rated speed of 3000 RPM. Under ideal operating conditions, it delivers 35 Nm continuous torque at standstill and 63 Amps continuous current at standstill. These figures are valid for convection cooling. the torque and current figures are higher for MAC motors with the surface cooling option. Rated output is dependent on a number of factors that include input voltage, ambient temperature and site elevation. For MAC motors Bosch recommends 0 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and 0 to 1000 meters site elevation.

The motors must be stored in a dry, dust-free and shock-free environment. Protective covers are installed on the connector housing and the output shaft. These covers are made of plastic and protect against moisture and damage. Do not remove the protective covers until prior to mounting to the machine. The output shaft must be protected from impacts and heavy loads, otherwise the motor bearings can get damaged. This heavy motor should be picked up with a crane and belts. During lifting, no load be applied to the output shaft.
