Product Description:
MAC112D-0-ED-3-C/130-A-2/S013 is a high-performance servo motor. It is part of the MAC product line from Bosch Rexroth. Servo motors are equipped with sensors for measuring speed, position and torque. These sensors transmit measurements, known as feedback, to motor controllers. Motor controllers compare motor feedback with values programmed by operators during system commissioning. Based on the difference between configured and real-time values, controllers vary their output to bring motor parameters in line with configured values. This is an example of closed loop control which relies on feedback for accurate control of motor parameters. MAC motors support tacho feedback. This technology is especially developed for MAC series motors. MAC motors also support optional blocking brakes. The MAC112D-0-ED-3-C/130-A-2/S013 motor is equipped with a heavy-duty blocking brake with 60 Nm holding torque.
The brake operates at 24 Volts DC and draws 1.35 Amps current. Release delay of the brake is 150 milliseconds and the clamping delay is 30 milliseconds. Weight of the blocking brake is 3.5 kilograms. Weight of the MAC112D-0-ED-3-C/130-A-2/S013 motor is 59 kilograms. Nominal speed rating of the AC servo motor is 3000 RPM. Bosch has designed the motor for convection cooling. Its continuous torque at standstill is 35 Nm. The continuous current at standstill is 63 Amps. Torque constant for the motor is 0.62 Nm/A at 20 degrees Celsius. Resistance of the motor windings is 0.070 Ohm at 20 degrees Celsius. Inductance of the motor windings is 1.3 millihenry. The servo motor comes in an IP65 rated housing covered by a black prime coat. A rating plate attached to the motor lists information such as serial number and specifications. Operators must verify information listed on the rating plate at time of delivery.
