Product Description:
The MAC112D-0-ED-2-C/130-B-0/S023 is an AC servo motor designed by Rexroth Bosch Indarmant. This motor is exclusively designed to work with the servo drives and can only be operated through analog input signals. These input signals act as control commands and influence the working of the motor. The rotor's permanent magnets are made up of a material that produces low inertia and enhances the motor's efficiency. So, the moment of inertia of the rotor shaft is 230 x 10-4 kgm2 The type code 112D represents the size and length of the motor.
This motor can be used in poor environmental conditions, as convectional cooling maintains the temperature and efficiency of the motor. The standard winding helps to maintain the nominal speed of the motor shaft within the range of 3000 rpm. Its structure is very compact to attain a high power-to-weight ratio. Tacho feedback, which is specifically made for the MAC series, is incorporated into the motor. Tacho feedback recognizes the position of the rotor shaft to determine the motor's speed and torque. This feedback helps the controller make the necessary adjustments required to optimize the efficiency of the motor drive.
To gain maximum output, the motor should be operated at ambient temperature. For proper alignment and stable mounting of the motor, the flanges are designed with a 130 mm pilot diameter. 130 mm is a standard pilot diameter in MAC 112. The power connector that provides the alternating current to the motor shaft is on side A of the motor. The tacho feedback and output power connectors must be ordered separately. Rexroth Bosch offers an exchange credit policy in the case of any defective unit.
