The MAC112C-1-HD-1-B/130-A-2/DI00625/S013 from Rexroth is part of their MAC AC Servo motor line, which is specially designed to be used in Machine tools, manufacturing, textile, robotics, and packaging machinery. This motor construction comes with a permanent magnet-excited motor design that, with the help of electronic commutation, helps rotate the shaft of the servo motor smoothly with reduced losses due to heat dissipation. Speaking of power losses, this particular motor model has a winding resistance of 0.150 ohms, which not only allows current to flow through the motor coil easily but also prevents losses due to heat. The coil inductance is also very low at about 2.5 mH, which is responsible for suppressing spikes in the input voltage to the motor coil.
With the speed that this servo motor offers, the MAC112C-1-HD-1-B/130-A-2/DI00625/S013 can be used for drilling applications as it has a nominal speed of 2000 rpm, which is perfect for high-speed drilling, especially when attached to a CNC router unit. To ensure high torque, the motor has a continuous torque rating of 23 Nm, which, when operated in standstill mode, provides more torque. This servo motor can increase its torque rating to 27 Nm, which will also increase its current requirement from 39 Amperes to 41 amperes of current.

This encoder has a resolution of 2048 steps per revolution and has a line or pulse rating of 1.250 lines for one complete rotation.
