Product Description:
The MAC112C-1-ED-4-C/130-B-1/WI531LX/S005 is a 24 Nm AC servo motor that has an operating voltage range of 167 volts AC to 400 volts AC. This motor comes with 3 poles that should only be excited with equal voltage levels and have an input frequency of between 50 to 60 Hz. This motor features an Axial blower fan placed within the motor housing for cooling the motor in the case of overheating. This fan requires 400 volts AC to function and is IP 24 protected.
This motor comes with a low resistance motor winding with a resistance of 0.060 ohms which helps reduce the overall power dissipation and helps reduce the production of heat. The inductance of the coil in this motor is 1 mH which helps smooth out spikes in the input voltage to the coil, allowing the motor coil to receive smooth input voltage with reduced fluctuations and to prevent unnecessary power losses or production of eddy currents within the motor core.
This motor can provide a nominal speed of up to 3000 rotations per minute and can go all the way up to 6000 rotations per minute. Since the motor is capable of such high speeds thanks to its standard-sized ball bearings, the manufacturer Rexroth recommends lubricating the bearings after every 20,000 cycles of use and replacing them after 30,000 cycles to prolong the life of the motor and to prevent the parts from wearing out over time. The motor has a reinforced design to prevent the motor housing from vibrating aggressively during high-speed rotations and high torque transmissions.
