The MAC112C-1-ED-4-C/130-A-2/WA610XX/S043 is a MAC series servo motor with a centering diameter of 130 mm. This servo motor has a speed rating of 3000 rpm and is capable of producing a nominal rotational torque of 24 Nm all while consuming approximately 57 Amperes of current hence a sufficient power supply module to operate this motor is very necessary to prevent the motor from underpowering or causing a short circuit. This motor comes with class F thermal insulation protection keeping the motor safe in the case of fires that can have temperatures of up to 170 degrees Celsius.
This motor is designed to be installed using a flange mount and can be installed at a maximum height of 1000 meters above the sea level. The motor comes with an all aluminum body to prevent the housing of the motor from oxidizing and to prevent it from rusting over time. To protect the motor from harmful industrial environments, the MAC112C-1-ED-4-C/130-A-2/WA610XX/S043 comes with an IP 67 protection rating to protect the motor against dust particles of up to 2 mm in size, provides protection against scratches up to 0.2 mm deep and provide protection against low level water pressure.
This motor features all necessary features like an absolute encoder for tracking the shaft positioning accurately, a tacho feedback system to regulate the speed of the motor and to keep it within the required speed Setpoint and it also comes with a heavy duty holding brake with a holding torque of 65 Nm to keep the shaft locked in a position even if the motor runs out of power.
