Product Description:

The MAC112C-0-KD-4-C/130-B-1/WA606XX is an asynchronous AC motor established by Rexroth Bosch. It is an analogue drive motor with various features that can be used in the industry. It provides flexibility in different industrial operations. Its nominal speed keeps the motor performance reliable and constant. Induction motors operate on an alternating current imposed on the stator which produces a rotating magnetic field and thus rotates the magnetic rotor. These motors operate at a slip which means the rotor speed is just below the stator's magnetic field. This slip is required for creating the torque. The asynchronous motors are highly dependable without commutators and brushes, making them simple to maintain.

An incremental encoder with standard mounting increases the functionality of asynchronous motors when connected to them. The incremental encoder produces an electrical pulse each time the motor shaft rotates and helps in determining its position and speed. These pulses can be counted to measure the actual speed or position of the motor in real time. Proper installation of these types of encoders on asynchronous motors provides a hold that is adequate and consistent, which is used in applications where speed regulation is essential, such as conveyor belts, automated production lines, and packing instruments.

Some of the benefits of using asynchronous motors with incremental encoders include relatively high accuracy, flexible integration and advanced control of the motors. Asynchronous motors have robust construction making them perfect for use in most industrial applications and the incremental encoder with standard mounting increases the motor's performance by enabling accurate positioning and movement. Such reliability combined with control has placed asynchronous motors with incremental encoders as a perfect system to be used in automation where precision and consistency are important.
