Product Description:

The Rexroth Bosch's MAC112C-0-KD-4-C/130-A-1/WI645LV motor is suitable for application in various industrial uses due to its precision and reliability. This motor is perfect for standard industrial applications where consistent speed and torque are required. The motor windings make it possible for the motor to run at a nominal speed of 1500 rpm and this speed is reliable in providing efficient performance. Also, the MAC112C has the tachofeedback with the mounted incremental or absolute encoder that allows monitoring of the performance of the motor.

The important component of the MAC112C motor is the incremental encoder that attaches to the motor via standard mounting, designated by "WI". The encoder setup provides feedback on the position of the motor when it is activated, which is important in an application that needs frequent movement correction and precise tracking. The incremental encoder enables the motor to track even the slightest movements or changes in position and prevent fluctuation in speed. The encoder is mounted in a standard way to allow easy installation which does not require extra effort. This kind of encoder increases the motor's flexibility.

This motor also features a natural convection cooling system indicated by "0". Natural convection dissipates heat produced during operation naturally without using equipment like fans. Moreover, the motor does not have any coolant that more quickly cools it but rather depends on the air convection to cool it and maintain the required temperature for operations. This is useful where installing more cooling equipment and apparatuses is undesirable, systems need to be easy to service and maintain and their operation is relatively noiseless. Similarly, natural convection cooling does not require any other energy input for cooling the motor.
