Product Description:

For applications that may require rotational torque forces of at least 10 Nm, the MAC112C-0-HS-2-C/130-A-0 is the perfect servo motor that offers a stand-still torque rating of 27 Nm at 20 degrees Celsius temperature. This servo motor may take anywhere from 160 volts AC to 279 Volts AC to operate, drawing approximately 41 Amperes of current when in a standstill mode of operation. The motor is low inertia offering rotor inertia of 0.0000170 kgm² and can be perfect for low torque, high-speed robotics applications.

To help this motor control and regulate its speed according to the Setpoint entered in the control system, the MAC112C-0-HS-2-C/130-A-0 features a tacho feedback system. The tacho feedback system generates a 3 volts feedback signal whenever the motor attains a speed of 1000 rpm. This signal is used to calculate the current speed of the motor in order to keep it under the given Setpoint and to make sure the motor operates at a safe speed.

This motor configuration does not come with an encoder; however, the user can choose a custom incomer configuration of their choice between the absolute encoder or incremental encoder. To help maintain the temperature, the MAC112C-0-HS-2-C/130-A-0 relies on a natural convection cooling method that uses the surrounding air in order to cool itself, so this motor should be mounted at a location with good ventilation to prevent overheating. To allow the motor to operate efficiently, operate the motor in an environment with an ambient temperature between 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, or in the case of non-operation, store the motor at -20 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius ambient temperature.
