The MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/180-A-0/WI534LX/S011 motor is an asynchronous motor made by Rexroth Bosch. Asynchronous motors also called AC motors, are the most commonly used motors in industries. These motors work by transforming electric energy to mechanical energy by use of electromagnetic induction. The term “asynchronous” means that the rotor never rotates as fast as the magnetic field of the stator. A rotor provides torque to move the motor. These motors have applications in fans and pumps, conveyor belts, iron etc used in industries
The significant feature of this motor is a natural convection cooling system which cools the motor with no extra power and mechanical fans so it stays at an ideal temperature while in use for long periods of time. One important feature of this motor is the winding type in which it can reach the nominal speed of 2000 rpm which is characterized by “HD” motor length. This is particularly appropriate where exact control is required over a range of load conditions. A steady 2000 rpm operation means that the motor provides stable and efficient operation while serving the purpose of handling load changes without affecting the speed precision. Due to this nominal speed rate, it is suitable for different industries where dependability and good control are important.
The motor possesses a centering diameter of 180 mm that is compatible with the mounting styles B05 and B14.
