The MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-B-1/WA612XX is a powerful and efficient motor made by Rexroth Bosch. It belongs to the MAC series with 112 size and length C. This motor has a standard holding brake of 45 Nm and this makes the motor to stop instantly when the power is switched off. The holding brake is applied automatically when the motor is stopped to maintain the rotor instantly hence; no further involuntary rotation. This feature is useful where high levels of accuracy are important as in robotics, conveyors, and elevators. The holding brake adds protection to the motor by locking it and maintaining a stable operation during times like power outage or servicing.
