Product Description:

The MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-B-1/WA610XX/S005 is an asynchronous motor made by Rexroth Bosch. These motors are popular for use in many industries because of their robust structure. These motors are very reliable and efficient. These motors work by producing an AC in the stator causing it to produce a magnetic field which in turn induces a current in the rotor and thus rotates it. In an asynchronous motor, the rotor never moves in phase with the rotating magnetic field while the stator produces torque by following an efficient method of generating the rotating magnetic field. These motors are used in fans, pumps, compressors and household appliances because of their high reliability and low maintenance.

The motor feedback system with tachofeedback and mounted incremental or absolute encoder is used for precise control. Tachofeedback measures the rate at which the motor is running and sends this data into the control system to provide precise control of rpm. An incremental encoder produces incremental pulse signals while the motor is in operation, which provides the relative position of the system. An absolute encoder provides the accurate position of the motor shaft even after power loss, and it is used in accurate positioning applications. These feedback systems bring motor performance closer to perfection and establish stability and operational efficiency of numerous tasks in the industry.

Regular checks of a motor are essential for its proper functioning. These include a safety check for signs of misalignment, electrical tests to ensure proper wiring, and a performance check to ensure 2000 RPM speed under varying loads. Thermal protection is also crucial to prevent excessive temperature. These checks are essential for industrial operations efficiency.
