The MAC112C-0-HD-2-C/130-A-1 is an AC servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MAC AC Servo Motors series. As a motor for analog drives, it converts commanded current into controlled torque and speed for positioning tables, gantries, and handling axes in automated machinery. Its integrated rotor-stator assembly, HD winding, and C-length housing give the unit the torque density needed in applications where cabinet-mounted amplifiers issue analog velocity or current setpoints.

An internal blocking brake delivers 45 Nm of holding torque so vertical axes remain locked when power is removed. The motor is cooled by natural convection, so heat is dissipated through the housing without forced airflow, which simplifies installation in sealed enclosures. Accurate mechanical alignment is supported by a 130 mm centering diameter that mates with standard machine flanges and preserves concentricity. During continuous operation, the rotor reaches a nominal speed of 2000 rpm, a value selected to match the bandwidth of conventional analog drive amplifiers. Power and feedback conductors exit through a connector mounted on side A, allowing cable routing to follow the same direction as neighboring axes inside a multi-motor assembly.

The 112 frame code indicates the stator outside diameter associated with this class of MAC motors. A built-in tachogenerator supplies velocity feedback, and the presence of tacho feedback eliminates the need for an external encoder when the drive only requires an analog speed signal. That tachogenerator produces 3 V/1000 rpm, giving the amplifier a linear reference for closed-loop regulation across the working speed range. The housing length identified by the code C balances torque output against overall motor weight, while the HD winding adapts the current constant to analog drive modules that can source high peak current but moderate voltage.
