Product Description:

The Rexroth Bosch's MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-B-0/WI520LV/S018 motor is used in various industrial applications. It is an analogue motor of size 112 with motor length C. This motor has a nominal speed of up to 3000 rpm which is ideal for power and speed control in conveyors and material handling systems. The centering diameter of this asynchronous motor is 130 mm for designs B05 and B14. The MAC motors have several advantages. They are small and have a good power-to-weight ratio, and they can be fitted in many applications. Because of their natural convection cooling, they do not require other cooling systems to cool.

The winding code (ED) makes it possible to accommodate variations in system configurations. All the MAC motors also comprise tacho feedback systems with incremental or absolute encoders for feedback, achieving high accuracy and positioning. This motor has various features. One important feature of this motor is the side B power connection. The side B power connection has several benefits. It is beneficial in areas where access to the motor is limited because of the space limitations around the motor. B-side power connection provides flexible installation that improves both the cabling and the ease of maintenance.

This motor does not have a holding brake which means that when power is switched off, the motor is free to move. Holding brake is beneficial in applications where objects can move when the power is shut off. These motors are used in systems that have external mechanical locks or where the load holds a position when power is off. The absence of a brake also makes the motor construction easier. It makes the motor lighter and enables less maintenance.
