Product Description:

Part of the MAC AC servo motor series, the MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-1/WA605XX/S005 is a 24 Nm AC servo motor that has a nominal speed rating of 3000 rotations per minute. This AC servo motor is perfect for applications such as robotics, packing machines, textile milling machines, and even for drilling applications as it has a high-speed rating. The servo motor has a nominal voltage rating of 400 volts AC with a current rating of 57 Amperes for nominal applications.

The MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-1/WA605XX/S005 has a rotor moment of inertia of 170 x 10^-4 kgm^2, as a smaller value allows the motor to accelerate and accelerate its speed at a much faster rate, allowing for a rapid response time. This particular motor configuration also comes with a holding brake with a holding torque of 45 Nm that requires 14 volts DC to operate. This brake has a current rating of 0.75 Amperes and a moment of inertia of 3.6 x 10^-4 kgm^2. The brake has a release delay of 70 ms while its clamping delay is approximately 30 ms.

The motor has its power connector placed on the front of the motor, making it easier for the operator to easily connect and disconnect the wires if the motor is placed in a confined area with limited space. The manufacturer recommends installing this motor in a well-ventilated and temperature-regulated area, as this servo motor does not feature a cooling fan and relies on the Natural convection cooling method. The ambient temperature where this motor is installed should be between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius to prevent the motor from overheating and affecting the performance of the motor.
