The MAC112B-1-GD-4-C/130-A-1/WI532LX is a AC servo motor from the MAC series of Bosch Rexroth Indramat designed for high speed response It can be applied to DSC and other indra drive controllers, finding application in various sectors including printing presses, packaging, robotics, machine tools, handling equipment, and textile systems. This motor is very well protected by its housing and covers. The construction and design of this motor conforms to the DIN 40 050 standard and no deviations have been made from it. This protection protects the motor from any kind of intrusion of foreign materials and water. Its contact guards shield it from any type of moving or living parts hence making it more robust in harsh conditions. This particular motor contains thermoswitches that make it impossible for the motor to overheat, this is because it does not allow for the motor to get damaged through overloading hence making them suitable for use in industries.
Various sections of this motor are equipped with a different level of the IP number. The output shaft of this motor with its sealing has an IP rating of 65. The main power supply connection terminals of this motor and its blower motor connection are also equipped with the same Ingress Protection (IP) 65 ratings. The cooling section of this motor has an IP number of 24. The blower motor is also rated with the IP rating of 44. This motor has two shafts which are uncovered. There is one for the main power supply and the other for accessories. This other shaft end also has an IP rating of 65 as the other side of the shaft. The IP rating of 65 states that the device is protected from ingress of dust and low pressure water jets. To ensure high efficiency and dependability, the AC servo motor should be used within the temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees C only. Also, it is recommended that installation be done at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level.
