The MAC112B-0-PD-4-C/130-A-2 is a servo motor designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to be used in combination with either the TDM, KDS, or DSC drive controllers. When combined with an appropriate controller, the motor forms a quick response automatization system that is especially well suited to handling equipment, textile machines, machine tools, and transfer facilities. This motor also contains magnets that are made from special rare materials which helps the motor to maintain a very low inertial during operation. One major advantage of this servo motor over traditional motor designs is its extremely durable housing unit that can provide it with an almost complete protection against external interference. This durable housing is also specially designed to make the installation of the motor into any orientation possible.
The MAC112B-0-PD-4-C/130-A-2 servo motor has a tacho feedback that works in combination with a mounted encoder to ensure that the operation of the motor is accurately monitored and interpreted by the drive controller. The tacho feedback functions at a high resolution. This servo motor is a maintenance free device, this maintenance free operation is due to the brushless design of the motor and the presence of life-time lubricated ball bearings in the motor housing unit.
