Product Description:

The MAC112B-0-LD-4-C/130-A-1/WI532LX motor is an AC Servo type manufactured by Rexroth Indramat Bosch. It uses a natural convection cooling system and has a nominal speed of 3000 rpm. An incremental or absolute encoder is needed for the correct or accurate feedback of the motor position, speed, and direction. Such feedback provides the motor control with high accuracy and stability in different applications, that demands high performance.

Motor feedback with a tacho feedback system plays a critical role in tracking the speed of rotation of the motor. The mounted incremental encoder gives the feedback in pulses count which has position feedback of motor. On the other hand, an absolute encoder provides position information for the shaft. This makes a system more stable and suitable for use with high precision in the various applications. The centering diameter, which is 130 mm in both B05 and B14 is the significant feature that is used for proper alignment between the motor and the driven equipment. This center diameter helps to secure the position of motor to its related equipment, thus improving mechanical fastening, lowers vibration and efficient power transmission.

The motor is fitted with a standard blocking brake for safety measures as it does not rotate when not in use. This feature is useful during the operation of the motor, it enhances the stability of the motor when it is not in use. The blocking brake is useful to prevent any further movement of a motor when needed, which adds to the reliability of the system and provide enhanced control during different operations, where positioning of the motor and stability is essential for safety and efficiency.
