Robust and efficient, the Rexroth MAC112B-0-GD-4-C/130-B-0/WI520LV/S021 AC servo motor is made for the toughest of industrial applications. This crankcase-motor has a 3000 min__ rotation speed and a constant stand still torque of 16.0 Nm while when surface cooling is provided, the torque can increase to 29 Nm. However, when stationary, the motor draws 41.0 Amperes of continuous current (or 75.0 Amperes in surface-cooled applications). This gives confidence in performance consistency over a widespread range of operating requirements.
This allows smooth incrementation and decrementation of speed of the motor with the rotor inertia of 120 x 10__ kgm_. Its low 0.090 Ohm winding resistance, its winding inductance of 1.2mH, and the Torque constant of 0.430 Nm/A 20C successfully provide the effective power in assuring that the operation is stable. Quick and excessive load variations can be handled effectively by the motor because it is rated for a peak pulse current of 223 Amperes.
The results and operating parameters that the MAC112B allows the user to obtain in particular including the thermal time constant of the motor are 90 minutes 35 degrees unless surface cooling in which case it is 60 minutes.
