The Rexroth MAC112B-0-GD-4-C/130-A-2/WI520LV/S048 AC Servo Motor is a high performance and dependable electrical machine suitable for the most aggressive industrial use. For demanding applications that require hi-accuracy and prevailing torque this motor is well suited as it has a torque of 16.0 Nm or 29 Nm with surface cooled versions of the motor and can provide this torque at a standstill and at a rated motor speed of 3000 min__. The motor is consistent and stable under dynamic conditions and outputs a holding current of 41.0 A with the ability to increase to 75.0 A with surface cooling at standstill.
Its 120 _ 10__ kgm_ rankine bearing rotor moment of inertia allows the motor to accelerate and decelerate steadily. It also operates with a 0.090 ohms resistance to the winding, and 1.2 mH inductance to the winding making sure no power is wasted, and the performance remains stable. The torque constant at 20 degrees Celsius is rated 0.430 Nm/A. This AC motor also suffered from jamming but up to 223 Amperes of maximum peak Pulse current the motor has the capacity to adapt to abrupt load variations.
