Product Description:

MAC112B-0-GD-3-C/180-A-1/S012 is one of the master piece manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Group with special attention to detail. Coming towards the specifications, this motor is 112 in size and B in length with GD as its windings.

As the continuous operation heats up the internal components of the motor it has a natural convection cooling system equipped in the motor that evacuates the heat from the housing to keep the internal components cool and eventually increase the life and durability of the motor. Additionally, it also has tacho feedback and a second shaft end that sends the details of the position and speed of the rotor to the control system for accurate functioning. The power connector is present on the A-side of the housing from where you can connect the motor to any electrical source. It also has standard blocking brakes that prevent the unnecessary jerking and shaking of the motor.

These holding brakes themselves draw 0.75 A of nominal current and need 14 volts for operation. The release delay and clamping delay values for holding brakes are 70 ms and 30 ms respectively. The mass of the blocking brakes is 1.1 kg so the overall mass of the motor is 37.1 kg. Under optimal conditions and because of the GD windings, the rotor of the motor rotates at a nominal speed of 3000 min-1, and even at a standstill, it can deliver a torque of (16.0 (29) 5) Nm after drawing a current of (31.0 (41.3) 5) A. The moment of inertia of the rotor is 61x10-4 kgm2 and the value for winding inductance is 1.9 mH. However, if you want to extend the life of the motor, it is recommended to keep the ambient temperature between 0 to 40.
