Product Description:
The MAC112A-3-VD-2HC/130-B-0/S005 is a 2000 rpm AC servo motor designed and developed by Rexroth from Bosch Electric. This German-made AC servo motor is great for high torque applications as it can generate a torque of 10.5 Nm while drawing a current of 18 Amperes at standstill condition. The motor is also capable of generating a speed of 7500 rpm when using the high-speed reinforced bearing with a fine amount of lubrication.
This motor features a 230-volt AC right-side blower fan that is connected to the right side of the motor's body and blows cool air into the internals of the motor to cool it down during high-speed operation. The motor is designed to operate in an environment with an ambient temperature between 0 degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius and can be stored in an environment with an ambient temperature between -10 degrees Celsius and 70 degrees Celsius when not in operation. The power connectors and all the other connectors on the motor are placed on side B which is the back of the motor to keep the wirings easy to access and to keep the wirings tidy and also to prevent them from winding up with the shaft or the coupler of the motor.
The motor should be mounted using flange mounting for perfect attachment to prevent vibrations which may create stress on the shaft and cause breaks and bends. It is also recommended to install the motor at a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level to keep the motor's performance optimum and to prevent it from degrading over time. This motor is also painted with a black prime coat to prevent the body from oxidizing and causing corrosion.
