The MAC112A-1-ZD-1-B/130-A-1/DI1250/S005 is a 1500 rpm AC servo motor with an incremental encoder and a shock dampener for vibration control. This motor is great for an application that requires torque transmission as its shock dampener can easily reduce the vibration caused due to high-speed rotations without affecting the shape of the shaft by reducing overall stress on it. This also prevents the shaft from breaking or bending, affecting the overall performance of the motor.
This motor can be installed in industrial environments with extreme conditions as it is capable of operating in wet and dusty environments all thanks to its IP 67 rating. The motor also features an Axial fan attached to the axial of the motor which is operating at 230 Volts AC and helps cool down the internals of the motor during operation. The motor has a temperature range of 0 degrees Celsius and 45 degrees Celsius. The power connector of the motor is placed on the back side of the motor which is a strategic place given when the motor is attached to a machine or a component, making it easier for the operator to work on the wiring and electrical testing of the motor.
This motor features a standard-type bearing which can be used for 30000 operation cycles but must be replaced and lubricated after every 20000 operation cycles for optimum performance. Using high-speed reinforced bearings can allow this motor to exceed the 1500 rpm nominal speed and can go up to 4000 rpm but may require frequent bearing replacement and lubrication.
