Product Description:

The MAC112A-0-VD-4-C/130-B-0/WI569LX/S005 motor series is developed by Rexroth Bosch. This motor configuration has several characteristics that make the motor readily suitable for use in industrial applications. It has 112 motor size and A motor length. The motor operates at a nominal 2000 rpm speed with tacho feedback including an incremental or absolute encoder and a centering diameter for design B05/B14. It has a side B connector and lacks a blocking brake.

This motor is highly adaptable and features the feedback system composed of the tacho feedback and mounted encoder. Motor feedback is used in the operational areas that require more control over the speed, position, or torque of a motor. The tacho feedback also gives instant feedback on the speed of the motor and it helps the drive system control the motor's performance depending on the required performance goals. This is particularly useful in applications where high torque is very important such as conveyor systems, robotics, or computer numerical control machines.

An incremental or absolute encoder enhances motor performance by providing position feedback, measuring rotary motion, and maintaining positional accuracy even after power loss and resets. The unique quality of integrating these feedback systems is that it makes sure both the speed and position of the system are correctly regulated and measured, which consequently improves system stability and efficiency as well as decreases wear and tear of mechanical parts. To use this feedback loop, which allows real-time adjustments to the motor's operation based on feedback data, the tacho feedback and encoder signals are connected to the motor's control system. This encoder integration is very vital, particularly in improving accuracy and capacity to generate an optimum torque in different applications.
