The MAC093C-1-FS-4-C/130-A-3/WI549LX is a part of MAC series belonging to the Rexroth is a high-speed performance AC servo motor specifically designed for industrial applications requiring precise control, and high torque such as drilling and other automated processes. This AC servo motor has a maximum continuous torque at a standstill of 19.5 Nm ensuring reliable operations in applications like CNC machines and robotics where any deviation could lead to errors or mechanical failures. Similarly, this servo motor can draw a maximum current of 35 A at a standstill when generating its maximum torque. This key feature is helpful for the motor cooling system and power supply of the motor.
The thermal time constant of this servo motor is 50 minutes which can be further reduced with the help of a 230 VAC axial cooling fan system installed inside this MAC093C-1-FS-4-C/130-A-3/WI549LX motor. This Rexroth motor is equipped with a mounted incremental encoder that operates at a voltage of 5VDC to 12VDC allowing the controller of the motor to judge the exact position of the shaft by counting the electrical pulses, thus ensuring accurate motion control.
