The MAC093C-1-FS-3-C/130-A-2/S005 is an Indramat Rexroth-manufactured AC servo motor. It is protected by their housing and covers which in construction and design adhere to the guidelines found in DIN 40 050. This variant comes with heavy-duty blocking brakes that are also known as holding brakes. A holding brake is a mechanical device that prevents a motor shaft from rotating when the motor is not powered or when specifically commanded to engage. The holding brake torque is 14 Nm and operated at a nominal voltage of 24 DC. The nominal current of the holding brake is 0.7 amperes.
