MAC093C-0-KS-4-C/110-B-1/WA605XX is a high performing servo motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is suitable for use in complex industrial applications, such as machine tools, textile machines, printing presses, robotics, packaging machinery, transfer facilities, and handling equipment. The motor feedback of this permanent magnet-excited motor with electronic commutation is made up of tachofeedback and a mounted encoder. It is suitable for direct use in the machine’s working area, even under challenging environmental conditions, like exposure to coolants, soluble oil emulsions, etc.
The nominal motor speed of 2000 revolutions per minute (RPM) allows it to perform consistently under standard operational conditions. The 19.5 Nm of continuous torque at standstill provides a strong holding force for tasks requiring steady position maintenance. It ensures effective thermal management by continuously drawing 22 A of current at a standstill. The ratio of its torque output to the current input when measured at a standard temperature of 20 degrees Celsius is 0.910 Mn/A. The windings inductance of 7.0 mH of this motor influences the current flow and ensures smooth and stable motor operation. The maximum peak of pulse current it can handle during short bursts of operation is 110 A.
The compact construction of this motor allows easier integration into various machines and improved performance in applications having space and weight as critical factors. Pinions and belt pulleys make mounting it onto the machines simple. It comes with surface cooling for extreme loads. The special design of windings helps it achieve a high degree of smooth run. It is recommended to use the plain output shaft but the user can choose output shaft with keyway if required.
