The MAC series of permanent magnet-excited motors by Bosch Rexroth includes the MAC093C-0-FS-4-C/110-A-2/WI520LV/S014. This series of motors is optimized for reliable and dynamic performance in high-precision applications. The motors boast an efficient heat dissipation system and come equipped with natural convection cooling. This model features a compact frame of size 093 with a frame length of C. It has a robust build with sealing against dust and moisture permitting use in different industrial conditions without impacting performance. The motor also comes with thermal protection in the form of in-built temperature sensors to prevent overload damage in applications with extreme loads.
The MAC093C-0-FS-4-C/110-A-2/WI520LV/S014 has integrated tachofeedback and a mounted incremental encoder for precise monitoring of the speed and position of the rotor. This high-resolution feedback helps to deliver exceptional smooth-running performance. The motor has a standard tacho type with the tacho voltage set to the nominal motor speed of 3,000 min -1. This motor is equipped with a blocking brake which helps to hold the servo axes in place when the machine is powered off for a safe standstill.
