Product Description:

The MAC093B-1-JS-4-C/110-A-1/WI530LX motor by Indramat Rexroth Group is operated by electronic commutation. Coil winding is used to create these permanent-magnet-excited servo motors, which enable an increase in torque density because of their compact design. Based on the winding variant, the analytical calculation determines the AC servo drive's steady-state behavior. The rotor's poles get electrical power from an external source connected to the stationary outer stator, which rotates in a sequence that causes the magnetic field inside the motor to rotate.

The MAC093B-1-JS-4-C/110-A-1/WI530LX has motor housing and a frame size of 093B dimension. The drive controller (TMD, DSC or KDS) in the AC motor helps to control the torque, choose between forward and backward rotation, speed selection and regulation, overloading and electrical fault protection, and motor start and stop. This AC motor has an axial fan that is made up of a motor, suspension, impeller, and nozzle. Air is propelled forward and accelerated by the fan, creating a flow of air. The fan's blades deflect the air. The fan's capacity to provide pressure increases with the force with which this is deflected.

This AC induction motor contains JS-type winding in the stator, which is powered by alternating current to generate a spinning magnetic field and 3000 RPM speed. Both absolute and incremental encoders are excellent tools to use with this AC motor. However, there are significant distinctions between the two, which will determine which is better suited to your project. This MAC series model has an incremental encoder's disk that contains slits and allows pulses to be produced. However, every step creates the same pulse, which is not specific to that point.
