MAC093B-1-ES-2-C/110-B-1/WI516LV is an AC servo motor developed by the Rexroth Bosch company. The 16.5 kg motor was designed to be used with TDM KDS and DSC drive controllers as a rapid response servo motor. The size 093 motor is suitable for use in textile machines, printing and paper processing machines, food processing and packaging machines, robotics and in machine tools. The unit comes in a length of B and has a nominal speed of 6000 min-1 and a torque constant of 0.277 Nm/A at 20C. The power connection is to side B and it has a centering diameter of 110 mm.
The functional unit has a winding inductance of 1 mH and a winding resistance of 0.069 Ohm at 20C. The maximum peak of pulse current is 268 A and the thermal time constant is 50(45) min. The motor cools by axial surface ventilation with 230 volts. The motor feedback is a tacho feedback and it has a standard blocking brake 6.5 Nm.
