Product Description:

Rexroth Indramat manufactures the servo motor with MAC093B-0-OS-4-C/110-A-0/--GR284/S001 model number. At a nominal speed of 3000 revolutions per minute, the servo motor is intended to function. Even while operating continuously, it is capable of producing a constant torque of 14.5 Newton-meters when stuck in place. If surface cooling is installed on the motor, its torque output may be boosted even further to 20.0 Newton-meters, which will improve performance in demanding applications. The motor needs a constant current of 27 amps to provide this torque output while it is stationary. To handle the increased torque, surface cooling causes this current to rise to 34 amperes.

The rotor exhibits resistance to variations in rotational motion, as shown by its moment of inertia of 29 x 10^-4^ kgm^2^. The torque generated by the motor per ampere of current passing through the motor windings is also shown by its torque constant, which is 0.554 Nm/A at 20°C. It has 0.227 Ohm of winding resistance at 20°C. This represents, at ordinary operating temperature, the resistance of the motor's stator's copper windings. Performance and efficiency are usually improved with lower resistance. Four is the winding inductance.
