Product Description:

Rexroth Indramat is the manufacturer of the MAC093B-0-JS-4-F/130-B-0/WI530LX AC servo motor. Since the servo motor distributes heat naturally by air convection, it is naturally cooled. This works well in situations when the motor isn't always under heavy loads or where forced cooling isn't an option. Because of its design, the motor can provide a constant 14.5 Nm of torque when it is at a stop without overheating. This servo motor has an incremental encoder that runs on a 5V supply and employs sinusoidal signals with 1500 pulses per revolution (ppr). Comparing sinusoidal signals to conventional square-wave signals, the former has benefits in terms of smoother interpolation and lower noise.

The motor is well-suited for applications needing accurate and smooth motion, such as CNC machining and robotics, because of the encoder's high resolution and signal quality, which help with precise position control. The torque constant of 0.554 Nm/A of the motor also shows that it can generate 0.554 Nm of torque for each ampere of current passing through its windings. Understanding this connection is crucial to building the control system to accomplish the required performance and to know the torque output capabilities of the motor. The servo motor's electrical properties are determined by its inductance and winding resistance.

The winding resistance, which affects the motor's power consumption and heat production while it is operating, is 0.227 Ohm at 20°C. The motor's electrical time constant and its reaction to variations in current are impacted by the winding inductance of 4.0 mH. The motor can also manage a maximum peak pulse current of 134 A for brief periods of time, usually during times of fast acceleration or deceleration. Under natural cooling circumstances, the servo motor's thermal time constant is 50 minutes. This means that, with a constant load, it takes the motor 50 minutes to attain around 63% of its ultimate temperature increase. We provide a warranty for a year.
