MAC093B-0-JS-4-C/110-A-2/WA610XX/S005 is a permanent magnet-excited motor with electronic commutation. This motor of the MAC series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat acts as a rapid-response servo drive in conjunction with TDM, KDS, and DSC drive controllers. It works well in machine tools, printing presses, textile machines, robotics, packaging machinery, and transfer facilities. It features a tachofeedback for motor feedback and includes an encoder for position evaluation. This motor allows surface cooling for extreme loads.
The nominal motor speed of 3000 revolutions per minute (RPM) optimizes performance for intended applications. The 14.5 Nm of continuous torque at standstill produced by this motor helps in reducing energy consumption when maintaining a position. It draws 27 A of continuous current at standstill, which optimizes power consumption when holding a position. The rotor moment of inertia of 0.0029 kilograms-meter square extends the lifespan of this motor by minimizing stress on its components. The ratio of torque generated per unit of current when the temperature is kept at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.554 Nm/A.
