MAC series AC servo motors are highly fast response and vigorous industrial drives which function along with drive controllers. The typical drive controllers are DSC, TDM and KDS. Engineered by the well renowned manufacturer Rexroth Indramat for its industrial applications in transfer facilities, robotics, textile machines, machines, printing presses and handling equipment.
Furthermore, the series AC motors for analogous drive MAC are permanently excited motor drives utilizing the principle of electronic commutation. The materials being used in the manufacturing of magnets are of the nature which result in the very low moment of inertia of motor. The MAC AC servo motor always comes with a built-in feedback tachofeedback and leaves additional space for mounting encoder for the determination of position. The additional encoders can be incremental or absolute encoder or can be customer own encoder. These motor are designed with high operational reliability due to its maintenance free operation and the use of lifetime lubricated bearings. Moreover, the ability to work under the machine unfriendly environments due to its enclosing as per the IP-65 standards. Thermo-switches in the motor windings and stator housing to prevent damages due to overload.
