MAC093B-0-GS-3-C/110-B-0/S001 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is designed for high-performance applications such as machine tools, robotics, printing presses and packaging machines. The motor is part of the MAC series: motors from this series allow maintenance-free operation with a brushless design and use of bearings that are lubricated for the motor?s operating lifetime. The IP65 rated housing provides strong ingress protection. It is fully impervious to dust ingress. In addition, the motor housing is safe from low-pressure water jets. As a result, this motor can be deployed in a wide range of environments and close to the operating machines. A black prime coat applied to the housing provides protection against weathering, yellowing, chalky build-ups and diluted acids. Operators should take care, however, because the coat can peel if the motor is repeatedly cleaned with a steam cleaner.
Bosch does permit application of a paint layer on top of the prime coat. However, the maximum permitted paint layer thickness is 40 micrometers. MAC093B-0-GS-3-C/110-B-0/S001 is a 4000 RPM rated servo motor. It supports tacho feedback for precise and accurate motor speed control. Tacho feedback also provides position evaluation. The motor has a plain shaft with 24 millimeters diameter. The power connection is on side B. The motor is without a blocking brake.
