MAC093A-0-PS-2-C/110-B-B/5005 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is part of the MAC series of industrial motors. These motors are ideal for applications that include robotics, machine tools, textiles, transfer facilities, and printing presses. Permanent magnets are used for MAC motor construction. These motors use electronic commutation for switching the current to maintain continuous rotation. This commutation technology eliminates the need for mechanical brushes and commutators, resulting in higher efficiency, reduced wear, lower maintenance, and better performance. This feature, combined with life-time lubricated bearings and IP65 rated housings and cable connections, enables maintenance-free operation for AC motors. MAC motors have two separate feedback and power connections on the housing. A black prime coat applied to the housing provides protection from corrosive elements. If required, operators can apply a 40-millimeter paint layer on top of the prime coat.
