MAC092B-0-QD-4-C/095-B-2/WI520LV/S013 is an AC servo motor put together by the Rexroth Bosch manufacturing group. It is found in the family of MAC servo motors designed for use as rapid response devices in printing presses, textile machines, robotics as well as in transfer facilities. The motor comes in a size of 092 and it is equipped with tacho feedback as the motor feedback which ensures speed evaluation per tacho generator. It is also useful for the for detecting rotor position and velocity.
The functional unit has a length of B and it cools by natural convection. To ensure protection of the motor, it was designed with houses and covers in adherence to the DIN 40 050 guidelines. This efficient design ensures that the servo motor is protected from entry of water or other extrinsic items such as dust that could damage the product. Moreover, it is classified among the other MAC motors with an IP 65 type of protection. The housing coat is painted with black coat which could be covered with an additional layer of paint. The painting of this prime coat is beneficial as it is resistant to weathering, chalky build ups and even yellowing. The unit has a centering diameter of 095mm.
