MAC090C-1-KD-3-C/110-B-1/S001 is a servo motor. Its manufacturer is Bosch Rexroth. The motor product line is MAC. The motor output data outlined in the product documentation are achieved under the following conditions: ambient temperature: 0 to + 45 degrees Celsius and 0 to 1000 meters elevation above sea level. If the conditions deviate from the values, then the output data will decrease. If higher ambient temperatures and higher installation elevations occur simultaneously, then the respective load factors and must be multiplied. MAC motors are protected by their housing and covers which adhere to the guidelines found in DIN40050 and are protected against contact with motor parts, penetration by extrinsic objects and water penetration. MAC servo motors are only suited for extreme demands such as punching, pressing, press feeds and similar applications, if they are shock-damped mounted or mounted shock decoupled.
MAC090C-1-KD-3-C/110-B-1/S001 is a motor with several advanced features such as tacho feedback with a standard tacho generator, optional blocking brake, IP65 rated housing, axial cooling fan for surface cooling and a power plug on side B. Performance specifications for the motor include 2000 RPM speed rating, 16 Nm continuous torque at standstill, 26.1 continuous current at standstill, and 45 minutes thermal time constant. The blocking brake requires a 24 Volts DC signal for shaft release. Current consumption of the brake is 0.7 Amps. Its release delay is 60 milliseconds and its clamping delay is 20 milliseconds. Proper routing of power and encoder cables protects against damage and ensure proper signal transmission. The encoder cables should be routed with shielding and separated from load voltage lines and mains control lines. The encoder connectors must not be connected or disconnected while the motor is powered on.
