Electronically commutated motors in the MAC AC motor series by Bosch Rexroth are characterized by their high cyclic load capacity and durability. They form rapid-response drives with the TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers for use in robotics and textile machines.
The MAC090C-1-GD-4HC/110-A-2/WA610XX/S013 is one of the Bosch Rexroth servo motors in the MAC series. It is equipped with tacho feedback with a mounted encoder for detecting its rotor velocity and position. With its compact size, the motor’s installation is simplified, and it can be mounted in any orientation. It also gives a high power-to-weight ratio, permitting the MAC model to deliver significant power output and improved agility. The motor is equipped with a heavy-duty blocking brake of 14Nm holding torque for the backlash-free holding of the servo axes when the machine is powered off. Its bearings have a nominal service life of 30,000 operating hours during which they remain lubricated.
