The MAC090C-0-KD-4-C/110-B-1/WA612XX is a permanent-magnet excited MAC AC servo motor with a rotor moment of inertia of 53 x 10-4 kgm2. Its rotor uses light-weight rare-earth materials in the creation of its permanent magnets, giving the motor a low inertia and favorable torque inertia for a highly dynamic operation. This rotor also minimizes noise production and allows the motor to respond quickly to changes in load and speed. The motor feedback system of the MAC model is tacho feedback and a mounted encoder. It detects and evaluates both rotor position and velocity with impressive accuracy, while the mounted encoder can withstand different environmental conditions. This MAC model is designed to reach a nominal speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute.
To promote its maintenance-free operation, the MAC090C-0-KD-4-C/110-B-1/WA612XX is equipped with lifetime-lubricated bearings. These bearings extend the motor’s service life and prevent the occurrence of bearing-related failure.. They have a nominal service life of 30,000 operating hours.
