Product Description:
MAC090C-0-KD-3-C/110-A-1 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is designed for industrial use and is rated 2000 RPM nominal speed. The motor belongs to the MAC series of AC motors. MAC motors support tacho feedback technology developed especially for this product line. It provides feedback for speed and position. MAC motors have separate connections for power and feedback cables. Both the power and feedback cables connect to the motor controller. MAC motors are compatible with TDM, DSC and KDS series controllers from Bosch. Motor controllers supply electrical power for the motor and control its parameters such as speed and position. Closed loop control with servo controllers working with servo motors provides accurate motor control which is a requirement for high-performance applications. The MAC090C-0-KD-3-C/110-A-1 motor has 110 millimeters centering diameter. Length of the servo motor is 407 millimeters.
The motor has a 140 millimeter flange with four 11 millimeter diameter mounting holes. The flange allows secure mounting for MAC motors. MAC motors can be mounted in any desired position. The IP65 rated motor housing provides strong protection against solid and liquid ingress. MAC motors are fully dustproof. They are also safe from low-pressure water jets. The MAC090C-0-KD-3-C/110-A-1 motor is equipped with a standard blocking brake. Its holding torque rating is 6.5 Nm. The brake operates at 24 Volts DC and draws 0.7 Amps. Release delay and clamping delay for the blocking brake are 60 milliseconds and 20 milliseconds. Mass of the blocking brake is 0.5 kilograms. The optimal ambient temperature for MAC motor operation is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. Bosch recommends site elevations between 0 and 1000 meters. Only trained personnel with proper qualifications should operate the motor.
