The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-B-1/WA611XX is a MAC model with electronic commutation. As a result, it has the high cyclic load capacity required for continuous start-stop operations with high repetition rates. It has thermo switches integrated into its windings and stator housing to monitor its temperature and protect it from damage due to overheating. Another protective feature of the servo motor is its standard blocking brake of 6.5 Nm torque. It holds the servo axes backlash-free when the machine is powered off via the closed-circuit principle. The servo motor’s compact size aids its simple installation and it uses ready-made cables to eliminate additional installation work. Its bearing assembly has a design that permits the application of high radial loads.
Tacho feedback with a mounted encoder is used for detecting and evaluating both rotor position and velocity in the MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-B-1/WA611XX. It is fitted with lifetime-lubricated bearings with a nominal service life of 30,000 operating hours. Since they do not require additional lubrication, the motor works with high operational reliability as the risk of contamination via incompatible lubricants is eliminated.
