The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-1/WA612XX is an AC servo motor manufactured for modern drive control applications. This model can be used for a wide range of automation applications. The motor is suitable for use with machine tools, transfer facilities, robotics, paper printing equipment, woodworking machines, and other types of packaging machinery. The AC servo motor functions as a truly rapid response system that can quickly respond to changes in speed and position. The system is also used together with the TDS, KDM, and DSC drive controllers. The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-1/WA612XX comes with strong permanent magnets that have been constructed using special materials. The motor is also provided with an electronic commutation for the availability of the motor's peak torque across a wide range of speeds. Because of the special materials used in manufacturing the permanent magnets, the motor’s rotor inertia can be kept to a minimum. This enables high speed applications during start stop operations and also provides the ability to assist in pick and place tasks for handling equipment and transfer facilities. The motor has a nominal speed of 3000 rpm and a maximum current of 196 A. The motor has a mass of 23 kg and a thermal time constant of 60 mins.
