Product Description:
The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-1/W1520LV AC servo motor, also known as permanent magnet motor, is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The motor is designed to operate ideally under harsh environmental conditions due to its IP65 enclosure protection, brushless design, and life-time lubricated bearings.
The permissible temperature range for this MAC090C AC servo motor is 0 to +45 degree Celsius, without derating. The motor can be mounted to the machine in any orientation under the installation altitude range of 0 to 1000 MSL. You can order this motor with B05 (flange with through holes) or B14 (flange with threads) mounting design. A standard output shaft with 110 mm centering diameter is placed in this model. The shaft is capable to overcome high axial and radial loads. The motor makes electrical power through it?s A-side power connector via Indramat specified cables. A 3-phase AC voltage is required to operate this motor and it requires 24.8 A of continuous current. This MAC090C permanent magnet motor delivers 9.6 Nm of torque which makes it suitable for textile, packaging, machining, and printing industries. The protective features of this AC servo motor includes a 6.5 Nm standard holding brake, temperature monitoring sensors, and class-F insulation.
The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-1/W1520LV AC servo motor has the winding resistance of 0.24 Ohm and the torque constant of the motor is 0.43 Nm/A. The motor has 1.5 mH of winding inductance and the thermal time constant of the motor is 60 mins. This model dissipates its heat to the surrounding air by working on natural cooling method. A standard tachofeedback and incremental encoder are also used in this model for accurate speed and position detection.
