The MAC090B-1-PD-2-C-110-A servo motor is designed for a wide range of applications that rely on continuous power and high torque ratios. The MAC090B AC servo motor comes in a compact size and weighs 18 kg. This allows easy handling of motor during installation and transportation. A flange with four through holes is provided for easy mounting in the desired orientation. It offers 60 minutes thermal time constant and 5.1 mH winding inductance. When required to stand still, the AC motor is capable of producing continuous 7.2 Nm torque with consumption of 11.9 A current. The servo motor is designed to operate in ambient temperature of 0 to +45 degree Celsius. The motor comes in prime black coat with RAL 9005 protecting it housing from environmental challenges. The permissible ambient temperature for operation without data loss ranges in between 0 and +45 degree Celsius. The AC servo motor is cooled through forced convection. A cooling fan operated from AC 230 V is incorporated into the motor that help maintaining the temperature during continuous operation. The motor comes in 3 lengths and several winding designations. This variant of AC motor can be used for standard applications that require nominal rpm of 2,000 revolutions per minute. A standard tacho-feedback module is included in its design that keeps a count of motor shaft position for accurate control. It has centering diameter of 110mm and electrical connectors to side A of housing. These connectors save the time and cost of additional connections during installation.
