MAC090B-0-PD-4-F/110-B-1/WI569LX is a Bosch servo motor that supports tacho feedback. The tacho generator installed on the motor supports increased smooth run quality. The motor can use the tacho generator for both speed and position evaluation. Bosch has provided a mounted encoder on the motor for position evaluation. Feedback is a feature that ensures accurate and precise motor operation. Real time information about motor speed and position is transmitted to a motor controller tasked with controlling motor parameters. This controller is programmed by an operator prior to system commissioning. During operation, the controller compares programmed and real-time motor parameter values, and makes suitable adjustments to its output. Such closed-loop control systems based on MAC motors are highly suited to applications such as textile machines, printing machines and transfer facilities.
MAC090 motors support either convection cooling or surface cooling. Bosch has designed the MAC090B-0-PD-4-F/110-B-1/WI569LX motor for convection cooling and recommended 0 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature for operation. The ambient temperature recommended for storage is -20 to 85 degrees Celsius. The recommended installation elevation is 0 to 1000 meters. Speed rating of the motor is 2000 RPM. Its output torque and current at standstill are 7.2 Nm and 11.9 Amps respectively. Length of the servo motor housing is 372 millimeters. The power connection is located on side B. Connectors for the power and feedback cables must be purchased separately. MAC motors are protected by their housing and covers.
