The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-A-1/WI522LV synchronous servo motor is an AC motor series that is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. The motor is used in association with the DSC, TDM, and KDS rapid response drive controller to form an automation system that is perfect for various production and processing machines. The motor is a permanent magnet device, however the magnets present in the motor are made from rare materials that makes it possible for the motor to maintain a low inertia during operation. During operation, the enclosure of the motor protects it against interference from solid foreign substances and water splashes according to the IP65 protection category, this makes it possible for the motor to function at an efficiency as high as 95 percent in poor environmental conditions.
