Product Description:

The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-A-1/WA606XX is designed by Rexroth Indramat. It is a brushless AC motor with lubricated bearings and thermosensors. The motors of the MAC series have specialized cables for the connection of the tacho generator, encoder and power input according to IP65 protection. These motors work well in hazardous-duty applications, high ambient temperatures, and submersion. The MAC series motors can be used in stationary and weatherproofed conditions according to IEC 721-3-3, or EN 60721-3-3 standard editions. A current controller that is connected to a directional power controller, regulates all stator windings.

The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-A-1/WA606XX is designed to be durable and efficient, focusing mainly on producing high torque. The motor features natural convection cooling, PB-type winding, 090B dimension, a feedback system, 110 mm pilot diameter and a blocking brake. Electric brakes react faster in emergencies. Any delay in ceasing operations when a foreign object drops into industrial equipment could cause safety issues. Electric brakes are highly efficient for such conditions when you require an exact stopping position.

The stator winding, which powers the stationary portion of an electric motor, is an essential part. This complex configuration of wire coils is essential for producing the electromagnetic fields required for the motor to operate properly. The speed of the motor is determined by frequency. The frequency is the only factor that can be changed but the number of poles remains constant. Regardless of speed, the motor delivers its rated torque when it is coupled with an analogue drive. An integrated encoder acts as an electromechanical device and changes the format of information. Position, direction, and speed of motion can all be determined by this feedback system.
