Product Description:

The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-A-1/WA605XX by Rexroth Indramat is highly reliable because of its advanced structural features. The MAC servo motor series, which includes integrated electronics, indicates a significant advancement. The motor itself contains all of the electronics required for a servo system. The primary goal of the MAC servo motor series is to reduce installation costs while simultaneously improving the component's resistance to electrical noise and vibration, which can be an issue when long cables are used to connect the controller and motor. The thermos witches that are integrated into the motor prevent overload damage.

The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-A-1/WA605XX motor has 090B dimensions and a natural cooling system. It is a recommended type of flow in a thermal management system because this motor requires high reliability. The motor has a B length that determines its winding type PD and 2000 rpm nominal speed. The tacho feedback system offers both incremental or absolute encoders and can be selected based on the application of the motor. While incremental encoders track position changes, absolute encoders provide an absolute position. They keep track of the number of cycles the encoder takes with each movement. To determine the absolute position in such an incremental system, a fixed reference point is required.

The tacho-voltage is adjusted according to the nominal speed of the motor. Electric motor brakes of the motor are more efficient than conventional forms of braking devices because they generate less heat than normal brakes, and they are safer for the motor. Electric brakes often require less maintenance and have an extended lifespan because of less friction. The brake opens and the permanent magnetic field is cancelled by the electrical field when 24 V DC is applied.
